  1. When training Biceps/Triceps as a superset, which bodyweight exercises can I utilize in the same session? Should I do the bodyweight exercises before or after resistance training?

  2. I started this workout years ago, from the beginning. As I have done over the years, I've unlocked those hidden muscles and….this never has gotten easier. The pride in doing every movement perfect is the reason!

  3. Yeah what can I say, I really love the way your movements make my body feel.

Would be more than happy to find those full body workouts for more advanced people as well 😀

  4. Wow, this was hard as a beginner 😮‍💨 did what i could at my level 💪🏾I will try some of the other beginner videos to see if I can get my strength and mobility up to a better level. thank you 💜

  5. Hi josh! Love your stuff. ❤ I love body weight. I have a hard time squatting. I can only go all way down if I hold onto something.
Can u give me feedback on that? I’ve been doing the squatdown & bend over place palms on floor that I saw you demonstrate, feels great but I always have to hold onto something to be able to go all the way down. I’ve noticed if I put a yoga block btw my thighs, squeeze them it’s better. 🤔

  6. That was fantastic just a little today (holidays) even with the arthritis in the operated metal wrist i could still do the bear crawls (increases flexibility) but more difficult with the opposite hand knee combination. Home as always not gym as live miles away from people, in the mountains!

  7. I haven’t go to the gym in years and I’m in the best shape of my life from working out at home, 3 days upper body, 3 days for legs and yoga on Sundays, I mostly watch Buff Academy channel but I’m starting to watch this channel too, and I really like it 👌🏽

  8. 20/Mar/2022 Thank you for a really good follow along ! Short but intense. Added to my routine.
1/Apr/2022 I dont know why I thought I could do this. Its really hard for me. Hope to keep at it though. Thank you Strength side

  9. Getting back into working out after many years and a couple kids and I thought I was going to be able to do this routine no problem 😬 those squat-floater things were KILLER. Amazing moves as always
