People over think these things in the moment, no matter what size it is, it cannot function without fuel, all they had to do was put a hole in the fuel tank, whether it's with a bullet, or other methods. The fuel tanks are big, lightly protected and on the sides open for sharp shooting or whatever. Stop sticks, lol, these cops in every situation ONLY do what they are trained to do, there is NO thinking OUTSIDE the box, ever.

I used to drive in those, the owner should have has chains with locks to secure the steering wheel to the feet panel. And use chalk blocks to prevent rolling forward or backwards
