  1. Well, you certainly covered the vast majority of it…very good job…Sabbath is one of my all time favorite bands…I've been a fan since the 70s, which is ultimately my favorite era, but the Dio years were pretty damn awesome too…

  2. I didn't start listening to them seriously till this album of covers called NIB with covers by Megadeth, Sepultura, and others came out. Once I heard the originals I knew there was no match by the covers. I saw them at Ozzfest back in 99 or so. Over the years I eventually listened to and loved all eras.

  3. Sabbath my favorite band of all time. I hear geezer and iommi going to do a blue record. Also during Ted Donato era theyvhad a bassist that did sexual assault and he was fired and his tracks were deleted. I do have to say 7th star and forbidden was pretty weak

  4. Dehumanizer is such an underrated album. I read somewhere that this period of RJD’s life was full of disdain regarding the state of the world at that time. He had said that no one cared about rainbows. And i think this is what made the album so beloved by myself. It is an unflinching look at our modern world. Rest in peace, Ronnie.

  5. It was the single Tomorrows Dream that failed to chart not the album. ”It reached number 13 on Billboard's pop album chart[22] and number 8 on the UK Albums Chart.”

  6. THANX ❤️💀🤘

Wooow… Im an old fart who around 1980 realized that the music world actually WAS bigger than Kiss, ABBA, Sweet, Slade and Status Quo (and of course Cyndee Peters and Ted Gärdestad 😊)…

When I discovered Rolling Stones it was a small step to find and love Purple, Uriah Heep, Maiden, Saxon, Accept, Krokus, AC/DC, Tygers of Pan Tang, Thin Lizzy, Whitesnake, King Pin Meh, Def Leppard…

    And Black Sabbath… wooow…

I drove a delivery truck in Sweden in the mid 80's for two weeks and bought a new Black Sabbath casette EVERY DAY!!! I was (in-) famous for beeing the Metal Delivery Man during these weeks, cause it was ALWAYS Sabbath on the highest volume with windows down (in February!!!) when I arrived with the goods 😂

I already had the albums, so I left the collection of cassettes in the truck when the ordinary driver returned – hope he enjoyed it!!!

Thats my Sabbath-story, thanx for giving me yours – I actually learned a few new things 🤘

    Rock On 🌩️⚡🌩️
