  1. I would like to say thank you for this valuable informative video. I have started working out after years of trying workouts/healthy eating for weeks and giving up. I do this workout twice a week with incline cardio and a lot of walking outside. I am seeing the results. The best thing is that it's only 5 exercises and it's proving to be sustainable for me. If i miss a day at the gym, i do these at home.

  2. I started this morning. I have dumbbells. 5 pounds. I do not have kettlebells. I will be buying them. I just turned 40 and o have unwanted belly fat. I have changed my diet. I cut out sugar and junk. I eat lots of fruits and veggies. I only weigh 129 but I always was 115. People say “Omg you do not need to loose weight Lisa” like ok I need to loose the fat. I’m determined. Thank you for your videos I’m learning so much.

    Q: do I do reps until muscle fatigue or avoid that altogether? Start with five reps and work up if possible? I’m manifesting a good, mood boosting workout.✨😑✨

For anyone over the age of 60 looking to lose weight—I have successfully lost 10 pounds in the last two weeks eating eggs with veggies ( basically omelette with cheese, no meat), and fruit smoothies with peanut butter (1% milk), when absolutely nothing else has worked. Good news is it also tends to be filling and stays with me during the day! Not sure if this is medically recommended or not, just know it has worked and wanted to pass it on.
