  1. Yes, I take fish oil at a dose of 2000 mg per day for dry eye and my symptoms have decreased 75%. I also have had both dry and wet md, and have taken AREDS 2. The remission of the MD actually happened with massive exercise outdoors and a significant change in diet. The exercise was more than trekking 6-10 miles per day.

  2. Fish oil is a NO NO for me since I'm passed my menopause even, because it acts as an estrogen and I experience some monthly bleeding. I know another woman who that happened to. But I now take Cod Liver Oil where there is enough of a difference that I don't have that problem and have been taking it for a number of years. I also take Vitamin D3. I had problems with Lutein but I take Beta Carotene every morning. I don't wear glasses when I'm driving for looking into a distance because they are absolute useless. I feel like my close up vision can be better. But I do wear readers. I sure eat plenty of eggs. Those top 3 vitamins are in my multivitamins for women.

But I came here for a review on Ananēoō eye formula. I just think it is just another snake oil treatment because they only sell this stuff on it's website where I can't find outside reviews.

  3. Most of the vitamins that are beneficial for Eye Health are fat soluble so they should be taken with fats. I take them with Organic whole milk. The studies are not sufficiently complete because only big Pharma can afford to do them all and they can't make big profits off of nutritional supplements. Since the conversion of natural beta carotene into Vitamin A is not as good as it should be I take 10,000 international units of vitamin A in a soft gel

  4. Also eating certain foods help . I studied them. Green leafy food carrots, sweet potatoes omega 3. There's many foods for your body that is Natural. Research A lot of Supplements have what you call FILLERS othe substances. Becareful
