    Day1 I don't know how I completed this workout after doing this workout my hands and legs are literally shaking and I also takes a lot of breaks during this workout

  4. starting weight- 65.5 kg
    goal- to loose 2-4 kgs in a month

    DAY 1- my hands are shaking as im writing this
    DAY 2- had to do low-intensity for the planks bc my arms are very sore
    DAY 3- dont know why i was so tired today- had to do low intensity for most exercises
    DAY 4- didn't do this video, but did a dance workout so i guess it counts?
    DAY 5- plank exercises are still hard, the rest are becoming easier
    DAY 6- done!!!
    DAY 7- done
    DAY 8- done
    DAY 9-
    DAY 10-
    DAY 11-
    DAY 12-
    DAY 13-
    DAY 14- i had lost motivation, but now i've started again.
    DAY 15- done
    DAY 16- done
