Day1 I don't know how I completed this workout after doing this workout my hands and legs are literally shaking and I also takes a lot of breaks during this workout

Day 1: i did half of them, since it was kinda hard. Ill try to do more as the days pass.
When she said the first couple were warm ups I just skipped them and ended up skipping like half of it… I don't think most of them were warmups 😭😭

I don't know but sometimee i just won't quiet this then i remembered my goals 😭
I haven't seen visible changes yet, but this workout is really building up my stamina, more than those no jumping exercises.
starting weight- 65.5 kg
goal- to loose 2-4 kgs in a month
DAY 1- my hands are shaking as im writing this
DAY 2- had to do low-intensity for the planks bc my arms are very sore
DAY 3- dont know why i was so tired today- had to do low intensity for most exercises
DAY 4- didn't do this video, but did a dance workout so i guess it counts?
DAY 5- plank exercises are still hard, the rest are becoming easier
DAY 6- done!!!
