  2. Difficulty with joints along entire left side due to arthritis flare ups but need this . did them slowly my limited left side hip n knee are feeling more open space afterwards .
    I've practiced Yoga Yin & Krupala , I tend to do more QiGong now in standing due to Difficulty up n down from floor. So this lower body deep stretching Yoga very helpful. Plus your guidance how to let go release through each pose. Makes its possible

I made this sequence with back pain, but it actually worsened, i felt sharp pain in the child pose – upward facing dog transitions, in the high lounge- single legged split transitions and in the end in the stretch on the ground. I actually did my own yoga sequence before doing this and did not experience these problems except in one pose.. but then i thought id better do something specific against my back problem but in this case it did not work out 😔 the lizard and side stretch did feel good though.

  4. Wow, this really helped my SI joint pain and hamstring tendinopathy. The only thing I would add is to put the foot in dorsi flexion, i.e. pull the foot back towards you if you have the same hamstring issue.  
    Thank you for this video as it gives me real hope that my lower back can learn to release. Many days, it seems to be locked solid as though set in concrete. Any release is great.

  5. What is wrong with me. I can't kneel like this or sit cross-legged for long before I'm in a lot of pain. I read all the reviews and wanted to do this routine for pain relief.
