  1. Day 1✅: one of the most painful workout I have ever did, I had some more break between exercises because I was out of breath (i suffer from asthma)
    Day 2: Didn't do this because I had dance class so I decided to do a softer butt workout
    day 3✅: Did everything except the last two exercises because I was feeling extremely tired, burned a lot but I added some break just 1 time

  2. My Lord . I don't think I have ever sweated this much panted this much this is just something else and I did it while it was raining . Ughhhhh I couldn't even reached the one minute that she's set …but I'll keep going
