Tip just from experience that I have idk if this is the same for everyone but try antagonist muscles, or chest bi back tri, this will help cause if you do pulling motions biceps are already biased from anatomy perspective so doing them on top of back is gonna bias more, same with pushing triceps can activate more than chest

normally if you ,didnt had ady experience in lifting you should defintly start with a full body routine
One thing that helps is going to an actual gym, NOT planet trash

Well I don't do anything that I'll just do push-ups and I just do arm work out right now I am 110 push-ups and I only use a grip strength and only pushes and mostly only eat junk food and I do eat some also fruit too so am stronger then my whole middle school and I am stronger than the freshman from high school and I am just 14 I'm stronger than my dad 💀 I am in 8th grade and stronger then 7th and 6th and 9th and 10th stronger the then all of them 😈
