  2. When I first started to look into gaining strength and flexibility all round I was hit with a plethora of options which of course left me confused and frustrated. After so much time I began to understand and learn which exercises do what and why. Seeing this video and with it being 2 years old now, I now fully appreciate how effective it is. If anyone is starting out, I can recommend this as a really good start – it goes against the usual exercises and workouts available all over the net but it's one of the most simple and bang-for-buck workouts you can do.
