  1. It looks a bit silly at first but when doing it I ended up all sweaty and I was able to feel some weakeness in my shoulders, specially with the monkey walk. I'll continue to do it to gain more shoulder stability.

  2. Love this, thank you! My new favorite warmup! The only thing I would add is side kick throughs, to tie it all together.
I have been looking for a fun flow (yoga, animal, etc) that I can do daily for conditioning for all calisthenic skill work (handstands, L-sits, back bridges, planche). So far I've just been piecing together poses, but would love to see what you guys come up with.

  3. I'd like to see a woman on her 50's doing these movements. Most videos are targeted for the male population under 40. I'm 56 and can still do these movements but I do get winded😂😂😂 Cheers

  4. As always love your vids. I am 61 and have been doing animal movements and flows for 2 years. This video encompasses my basic daily routine, longer distances and some other movements especially variations on the lizard crawl which I love But the duck crab and cat walk with variations really transformed my body. My wife is trying w get me to go to the gym with her to keep her company which I will do but this will remain my core work out.

  5. I had to fight an advertisement just to leave this comment and I wasn’t going to let it stop me.

Genuinely thank you so much. Just finished the routine and I feel wonderful. Adding this to my daily routine without a doubt at least twice a day.

    God bless!

  6. I am definitely out of shape but that was shockingly difficult. You talk a lot about how these movements help you to be able to get low and play with kids and as a 6'7" guy with kids in the near future I feel like this is going to be so important for me. Thank you for a good beginner guide!

  7. This was fun. I have been working on this from time to time. Lately I have been working the duck walk and came across your recent video about it. My favorite part was the conclusion, the linking of the moves. That's my favorite part about watch you and your buddy in these videos. You mentioned moving through a handstand during some the moves. That would be a video I would like to see, especially in this format where you teach us a series of moves linked together. Thank you for the engaging content.

  8. I have just finished day 2. I felt strength immediately improved and I could flow better, which gave me time to observe and feel the asymmetry, unbalance in flexibility of both sides of the body. Thank you The final sensation is full of energy and good vibrations.

  9. Animal Farm was required summer reading in high school. Who would’ve ever thought it was going to be my exercise plan.
Love the combo flow at the end!
