I would recommend using your main guard (high, standard, southpaw, peekaboo) while doing these as well, because many times youll have to use your footwork to get out of trouble when hurt, always putting your hands up even when doing drills that dont necessarily focus on the upper body, helps you condition it as second nature.
Great but your head should be up, not watching your feet, right? So should your hands? No point practicing how you aren’t going to have to do it in a fight?
These boxing classes at gyms are so expensive . But I’ll do my best to provide my son with the tools he needs to not let him be a victim to bullying again . Yesterday was a very sad day finding out my son was attacked at school by a group of 6 kids
Thank you. I recently discovered my love for this sport and it's all I can think about. I don't feel depressed or afraid anymore I just wanna be great someday.
I'll be trying these, not for boxing, but for overall health and agility.
I was always the chubby kid growing up, i moved slow, i was weak, i was bullied, i couldnt even do a single push up. 1 year ago i was in class and they did a physical fitness test, i realized i couldn't do a single push up. That was the last straw for me, i got angry, sad and all kinds of emotions. But aside those emotions i became motivated to make a change, i started training and doing exercises. I am now able to do 20 push ups and 1 rep of 1 arm push up. I got the strength i wanted but now i need to focus on speed, thank you for this video!!

Do you think its hard to become a pro boxer if you have never trained and learned but always had street fights?
How long you do those for though?
On bro my dad had me on those as a kid my footwork got better immediately after my friend told me foot comforts best advice
I don’t do boxing . But I do judo, and was looking for ways to improve my footwork , great vid 👍

your footwork is like the rocky movies one leg must always be in front and other leg behind you
These help especially the lateral shifts they are unexpected during a fight

I can't do literal shifts 😢! But I'm trying my best!
never put your feet together ever in a boxing ring or sparring unless you on the floor out cold
Song ?
Would it hurt or be beneficial to perform these in a Landmine setup with light weight?
