You know, back in my day we had mental institutions for criminals and mental institutions for non criminal. Why on earth do we have all of these crazy people walking the streets? Take all of the closed malls and use them! We have whole towns that are falling apart that could be fixed up and used for people learning to readjust to society. There is ZERO EXCUSE that the tax paying Americans have to be subjected to failed policies from people who don’t have to live in it. Our so called leaders are basically milking us with policies they know damn well don’t work so they can line the pockets of their friends. It has become so blatantly obvious because I am almost 60years old and for the last 30 years or so have watched society fall apart. The government, whether that be state, local or federal, have thrown money into ngo’s by the billions, yet what is the fruit? We SEE THE FRUIT. Americans should be demanding financial accountability for every dollar that is supposedly going into helping these people. Ugh, sorry for the rant.

That Karen complaining about the homeless camp pisses me off. They’re homeless, where would you like them to go? America has almost no safety net to help people get back on their feet, and treat the homeless horribly. You try getting a job when you don’t have reliable access to a shower, clean clothes, the internet, food, or a good nights sleep. Or a car! Or even your documents – if you lose your ID (to cops arresting you for sleeping in public or in general), you need to pay to get it back. With what money?

In EU, this man would’ve been tased and detained. In US, cops have no real regard for life and will kill you just to ease the load on the system.
The guy was asking to be shot, but the cops didn't have to entertain his death wish. There was a room for one of them to try taser while other three covering with lethal as back ups.

I am not not a judge to decide his fate but nor the police is, objectively speaking I dont get why they all decide to empty their magazines on ppl. in these situations, kind of unnecessary and reckless conduct, one bullet in one leg + taser was probably enough to subdue him. They were worried for a reason after it all unfolded.

I believe that when police retreat under pressure from a criminal, it only encourages him to continue to disobey and attack the police. They should have done To go against him, especially since there were several officers with weapons.
