hard to watch as I am a fan of athleanx but yes, there are so many overpriced products out there. I was looking at 2x protein products by the same brand. One claimed to have more protein per dose. When I read the back, the scoop was just bigger in one of the packs 😂 wtf. And to think, some people don't read these things or notice. Dead giveaway was 45 doses, vs 52 doses between them.
It’s not only his supplements. His programs are terrible, and he’s been caught using fake weights because he has no strength, which he lacks in order to maintain such a low body fat. I think Jeff has done serious damage to the lives of beginner lifters and peddled a warped idea of what body fat percentages look like and what is realistically obtainable.
I am 67 years old had cancer to years ago and have a very rare decease call Addison’s, so I wanted to start working out again and wanted to put some weight on!
I took all of Jerry products and Sean products and programs with the drugs that I must take for my Addison’s and cancer I had concerns. I ran them both through Grok 3, Elons AI program and compared them with there work outs and with out a doubt Sean’s supplements and programs came out on top! Not saying there aren’t other products my be better but his stuff is pretty darn good and that’s why I use them!
Jeff actually goes into training and the real science behind it, also works with big time athletes. None of which you do. Who cares if his supplements suck, don't buy them. I actually haven't gotten a single better peice of workout advice from you than jeff. Not that any of you "INFLUENCERS" actually benifit anyone but yourselves. You are all full of shit just the same trying to sell programs that you don't actually support, observe, and spot in person. Online trainers are a joke. Each of you try to outdo the other person with flashy promises that don't provide a single better result than the other. What does help results is actually having a trainer in the gym working with you every set and designing a program based on your specific needs…….. actually earning the money. Talk is cheap and programs are none one size fit all
when is the best time to take creatine? if it's not a pre work out?
BRO YOU USE SUGAR IN YOUR PRE-WORKOUT AND RECOVERY SUPPLEMENTS LMFAAAOOO. 🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂
You're literally peddling adulterated garbage in your supplements.
I only take a multivitamin
Thanks for sharing
Hi i am going to get a few things from your website as im inspiring to get back into working out im currently on herbalife just wanted your thoughts on herbalife thanks.
Lol the fake weight was so obvious. Don't know why he had do do it but my rotator cuff still love him
I'm not impressed by Athlean-X's physique. He's way better jacked than me, but not particularly well built.
i noticed a decent number of critiques were prefaced with " in someone who is getting enough protein intake". if someone is 200 pounds like myself, 200g of protein a day while cutting is basically chicken, steak, lean ground beef, and eggs. the powder is meant to supplement, for the last 25 to 50ish grams one may throughout their day consistently. thats why their called SUPPLEMENTS not full meal replacements. saying "in someone who hits their daily protein intake, wont need this" is a cheap critique. he also made a remark at the end, "someone who is lifting for muscle mass, isn't going to find this useful", you have to keep in mind that people lift for other reasons besides just putting on mass. there's performance, total diet, eating windows, eating availability, life circumstances, prefered substitutes. sourcing of ingredients, availability and legality of supplying his supplements around the world etc that go into what he puts in. you have pointed out imperfections in his product as opposed to making an argument that they are terrible. we all know its overpriced but that doesnt make it a terrible product. in his slight defense, if he makes it himself, he doesn't have the reach to customer base like optimum nutrition or muscle milk does with their products on shelves at stores. im sure if he had much more sales, hed lower the price, but the same can be said backwards tho. do with that perspective as you will
Jeff always gave me salesman vibes as opposed to Jeremy Ethier who literally shows you his sources for everything he talks about
I've been following Jeff's workout videos for a while and it's completely transformed how I training. I'm really disappointed to see his supplements aren't what they claim to be.
Damn. I just bought the stack 😂💀
I…uh, was my guy just reverting to 5 and drawing on himself with markers? I mean i like reverting to5 at times too…but when you're selling ppl exercise stuff….just sayin
what you recomend about the omega 3 suplement for people older than 40 years that make heavy excercise and have slighthly pains in the joints some times ?
Honestly I’ve never tried any other pre workout then athleanx but it’s pretty solid!

You complaint about betaine and your supplements have it 😂😂😂
Whaaa dissing beta alanine? Tisk tisk. See Thomas Delauer for an argument. He's a competitor. This gentleman Sean is not trustworthy here. Bummer. He's not even looking that sharp! 💩💪🤣
Who let the K-Mart version of Jeff Cavaliere on here?
Jeff lost me when I heard Whey concentrate at $2 plus per serving. High quality Whey isolate goes for about $1.50 per serving and you get more than 30g of protein without fillers.
I agree jeffs suppliments are over priced. But you're selling 720g of protein for 48 dollars. Absolutely no justification for that
yess moreee MORE!!!
Jeff specifically said his creatine wasnt more effective, did you even watch the video? Go look again
You said "the poper dose of betaine is 2,5 grams", which is not exactly true, it varies. Other than limited evidence for exercise performance, betaine (TMG) has good evidence supporting it's ability to maintain healthy homocysteine levels, with a daily dose of 1,5 – 3 grams for healthy adults. Healthy homocysteine level is essential for good cardiovascular health. You should mention things like this if you are doing a "science-based review".
