I actually just watched that video and saw how he rolled up from the bench and critiqued his form and also critiqued him dropping the weights so heavily. By the way, I realize you are dropping the weights to show how heavy they are. 👍💪🙂

I was benching 80lb dbs at at 18yrs old when I was only 175lbs in weight and my arms were no where near the size of Jeff’s. It’s perfectly plausible he could do this after all the years of training. You can be strong and not massive in size.
It does look like he picked the weights off the floor pretty easily, but in college I was 175 lbs and could do an inclined dumbell press with 85’s pretty easily.
Maybe Athlean jeff is stronget than…. nah. Not that I give 2 shiznits of the weights in question (lying is a blast on ones integtity). I watch anyone teaching fitness tips, to see if they teach form & control over how much weight i can lift. I've watched him in the past, he knows what he's talking about. That said if a man who has 50 of muscle starts to breathe like amyone wpuld when it's not the 20lbs i finish with lol. Either jeff did a voice over so you couldn't hear his heavy breathing, or he lifts acme baloon weights? Just a guess. Either way I think his info is solid his weights? Not so much. I curl 70 lbs one arm for about 10, I could probably pick 90 lbs of the floor pretty easily too…and I'm barely 200lbs, which i assume is smaller than you..maybe he just trains differently bro

That's called real strength, not airfilled bodyparts.
Muscle mass does not have a strict linear relation to strength. Comparing yourself to others is killing your gains.
I’m 165lbs repping 75lbs pretty easy. Just work out hard. I’ve watched athlean x for years.
