  1. I actually just watched that video and saw how he rolled up from the bench and critiqued his form and also critiqued him dropping the weights so heavily. By the way, I realize you are dropping the weights to show how heavy they are. 👍💪🙂

  3. I was benching 80lb dbs at at 18yrs old when I was only 175lbs in weight and my arms were no where near the size of Jeff’s. It’s perfectly plausible he could do this after all the years of training. You can be strong and not massive in size.

  4. It does look like he picked the weights off the floor pretty easily, but in college I was 175 lbs and could do an inclined dumbell press with 85’s pretty easily.

    Not that I give 2 shiznits of the weights in question (lying is a blast on ones integtity). I watch anyone teaching fitness tips, to see if they teach form & control over how much weight i can lift. I've watched him in the past, he knows what he's talking about. That said if a man who has 50 of muscle starts to breathe like amyone wpuld when it's not the 20lbs i finish with lol. Either jeff did a voice over so you couldn't hear his heavy breathing, or he lifts acme baloon weights? Just a guess.
    Either way I think his info is solid his weights? Not so much.

  6. Wow another bodybuilder hating on everyone else god that’s new. And he may use fake weights I don’t know but just going off he’s lighter then I am as a base is daft.

  7. How is it fake? Because 90lbs dumbbells are hard to lift? Come on man. Someone of Jeff’s size could easily lift those.
    I’m a skinny guy 150lbs and I press 3 sets of 70lbs in the gym every week.

  9. I curl 70 lbs one arm for about 10, I could probably pick 90 lbs of the floor pretty easily too…and I'm barely 200lbs, which i assume is smaller than you..maybe he just trains differently bro

  10. So many ppl in these comments missed that yea no shit he could do 90 lbs but the pull from the ground to his lap he puts in almost no effort which would be crazy for 90lbs.
