What about drop sets instead of partials? Partials keep the weight heavy but drop sets allow for the full rep- is one better than the other for shoulders?
This Shoulder workout is fantastic for me to see and learn the finer points. I have a shoulder that has had a couple of surgeries and needs what you 😊presented. I would love to see more walk-through demonstrations for other muscle groups. I pick up important coaching points each time I watch your videos. Thank you

You posted a slightly more elaborate version of that shoulder warmup once, with the 'figure 8s' and 'bus drivers'. That warmup is a fantastic workout in itself! I do it all the time and it is so fluid and gentle on my shoulders. Overhead pressing still bothers me, but that warmup/workout is gold. Thanks, Jeff!

I like this type video from Jeff. Hope he does more of the full workout series for other muscle groups. These are actually my favorite shoulder exercises. I also like to do cheat laterals followed by strict laterals (start with an overload exercise and finish it off with a lighter isolation exercise). This also validated my own workout as I also end sets in partial reps (or for some exercises, cheating on the concentric on the last reps and concentrating on the eccentric until I can't even slow down on the eccentric which is where I end the set like in the case of dumbbell overhead presses).
