  1. Why don't any of these idiots (besides the school bus driver) have enough sense to move their car out of the OBVIOUSLY dangerous zone? Let alone get out of the car and stand right where the cars are crashing… Smh take all of their licenses away

  2. that prevent others knowing the risks ahead of them?

Not really anyone with a brain can see snow + cold temperatures will result in icy roads. American logic is that normal speeds are fine for poor conditions thus the crashes

  3. How is it that the driver of the second bus didn't see a huge yellow obstacle stopped in the middle of the viaduct from afar already, he was paying attention to what instead of the traffic…???… how can you?

  4. “The school bus pileup”
“Ill let you count just how many buses are involved in this pileup”
Bro there was one school bus and one city bus… I thought 10 buses were going to crash into each other.

  5. I've seen too many accidents where stationary vehicles or pedestrians have been hit in my years as a trucker. I never stop in a situation like this. Get my vehicle to safety first, as far as I'm concerned, on a road like that you may as well be sat on a runway or train tracks. People don't consider fast roads to be danger areas, despite themselves having failed to be able to stop. Of course, if you hit something with enough force, then you have no choice.

The guy who walked up the ramp took a calculated risk but he stayed on the inside of the curve which is the safest place (given there's no pedestrian refuse). They needed to walk away so it makes sense to walk towards traffic.

  6. Maybe the pedestrian could walk IN FRONT of the crash as nothing is going to get past the bendy bus.

In the U.K. when we crash, we stand around like idiots exchanging details in the outside lane of the motorway rather than move somewhere safe. People are dumb

  7. That's the main freeway entrance i take home from work. It is a very sharp turn for a freeway entrance so if you don't expect ice and are going over thirty you will definitely spin out. It's a good thing I got out of work late that day or i would have been in the pile up as well.
