I think that building used to be a regular hotel many years ago.
Sick of that Rednecks and Ghettos black crimes around downtown St Paul to University torse the end of Snelling Ave doing illegal Drugs and prostitutions especially aggravated assaults and robberys with gang violence shootings everywhere corrupting the City of St Paul areas including East side and West side too.

Kimball court is a good program I lived there the whole system is failing this isn't just a Kimball court issue but I do understand acute situations.st Paul is my home town it isn't the same since COVID and georgefloyd

Crime everywhere has been on the rise since 2020 and the BLM riots.
Carter is so in over his head and the City Council is no better. Build a new “Stillwater” size facility out in a county far far out of the Metro and start real treatment there. This piecemeal approach will not work.

We need forced sobriety. There’s lots of these drug addiction houses that provide lots of methadone until these people are taking their fentanyl. They start to come down and then they go get methadone and it’s a big giant cycle.
