  2. Yeah did that for a job for 2 months. You can stick that wherever you like as a job. It, ll for sure harden you up or trash ya back. Never dig with wet hands or sand on your shovel. Do both and in 5 minutes say goodbye to all the skin on your hands. $100 bucks a day in the mid 90s was okay but fuck that. I, ll find a less twisting movement. ✌🏻🇭🇲

  4. Not true! You will build amazing muscle endurance and some strength yes but no its not great for pure strength and power at all. Digging trenches always got me in insane shape completely sculpted but did it increase my raw power and strength over lifting heavy objects? No. Its more of a endurance and muscle endurance exercise
