  1. ALR LETS SEE IF I GOT THIS
    Starting weight: 52 kg
    Reason why I’m starting: I’ve gained around 8kg this year and haven’t felt confident recently. I know I should love my body but I don’t recognise myself sometimes. I’m trying to get my life back on track, starting with physical health.

    Day 1: this was really hard but somehow pulled through! Felt a good burn during but not much after
    Day 2: was still pretty difficult but it definitely felt easier throughout
    Day 3: ended up being pretty relaxing! I’m finally able to do the proper side plank twists rather than the alternative which was quite shocking! I’ve always tended to shake a lot during side planks (I weak asf 😢) but I didn’t really today!
    Day 4: The burn today was insane, yet I wasn’t as drained by the end. I can see slight changes to my waist but mostly I feel stronger.
    Day 5: I was able to do most exercises with ease except the left side plank. Note do NOT do this right after you eat 😞😞 So far I can see a bit of visual progress!
    I’ll keep updating!!
