  1. One of the best pieces of advice I'd heard for those wanting to start airbrushing minatures is to go buy some cheap green army men. Practice on those and not your expensive models.

  2. After going back through and watched all the episodes as an adult. Jamie is fantastic and a mature person who really had to put up with Adam. Don’t get me wrong I love Adam but you can 100% tell that things like Adam spending a whole week shoot speaking in a pirate voice or like a cave man just annoyed him. Not to mention Jamie is an absolute chad when it comes to building stuff. Watch the episode where they have to each build a Batman rig. James works amazing and Adam’s can even get into the wall. Again, I love Adam and you needed both them in the show. I just really understand Jamie as a adult

  3. I mean. You can get grenades.
Just work with a type 07 manufacturer that has a federal explosives license…
Or… get a federal explosives license and a type 07 SOT to purchase or manufacture a grenade or purchase or manufacture one on an ATF form 4 or Form 1

  4. Jamie seems like my older brother when we were young when he could almost never admit overtly when he was wrong, but I always respected him because he was right 99% of the time and if I proved that 1% he would begrudgingly concede in the moment and then try to forget it didn't happen.

  5. Nothing says "douchebag" more clearly than wearing a beret and refusing to be seen without it. Unless it's a bushy van Dyke beard. Or maybe an almost shaved buzzcut hairdo. Okay, and a consistently sullen and unsmiling demeanor.

Other than that I suppose he's pretty likeable.

  6. Random word of the day: If you're painting, waxing a floor, or the like, and the pattern you use is left-to-right, then right-to-left, and so forth, the technical term for that is boustrophedon.

  7. We got to Kuwait in Oct of 2002 to start prepping for Iraq. You would have thought C4 was having a going out of business sale. Literally more than we knew what to do with. I remember one night we had a few hundred pounds left over, 9 anti tank mines and an SUV…. There wasn't a piece of that SUV left that was larger than a quarter. It was dematerialized.

  8. lol yeah the smell of bone being worked isn't for everyone. I don't know why but theres a certain aspect of the smell I find intriguing/pleasing. A tad distrurbing but your body likes what your body likes I guess. But if you work bone make sure to get a VERY good mask! You do NOT want to be breathing the dust in!!!

  9. Your video reminded me …. if I could find them … that fifteen years ago, a 70 yr old friend, now passed away, gifted me, in a little envelope, a few "ivory" keys from a disassembled piano that came from their great grandparents' antique store established in the late 1800's. The store was located in a different state, and may now be a parking lot.

As a carver, they thought I could carve something small from the keys. Would this even be allowed in 2024, if the keys were, in fact, real ivory? I almost feel as if I should give the keys a burial, which I am not opposed to. If you have any ideas, I sure would appreciate it. Thank you.

  10. I think Jamie would have been very difficult to work with. But the episode when he graciously let Mr Adam have the once in a lifetime trip to the high atmosphere completely changed my view of him.

  11. Adam… Dude.. buddy….homie… I just watched that episode (granted a version of it on youTube but I have bought all the seasons). Jamie says in the video AFTER he verified you hit it and shook out the shell fragments.. that as soon as you send him a replacement hat he'd give you that one..

Did you ever give him a replacement beret?????

Like.. everyone go check the episode I'm gonna rewatch the full episode lol
