  1. What other console can natively play every Nintendo system (except 3ds) prior to Switch? Only Wii U. Not Steamdeck or a powerful gaming PC….because no dual screen for DS and no Wii motion control games. Not Nintendo Switch for the same reasons plus no GameCube. Wii U + 1tb SSD + 256gb SD = nearly full Nintendo library. It's a full Nintendo museum in one console + PS1, Sega Genesis, ScummVM, etc…via VWii mod scene. Explore the UWUVCI app to create Virtual Console injections. This is a game changer.

  2. The wiiu was good before the homebrew scene took over. Good games, virtual console titles, fun uis, an AMAZING controller (the gamepad is tge beat thing ever to hold in your hands), and the motuon control and dual screen gimmicks were done pretty alright

  3. how dare u sir the wii u is amazing and one of Nintendos best console the dual screen and a hime console was genius tho i think Nintendo needed to make it play 3ds and ds physical copies (and i believe we could mod the game pad with a 2ds system to do this and this could work because we can screen share a 3ds to your wii u)

  4. picked up a "broken" wii u for £20, wii motes and pro controller etc included. after poking fun at the wii u for ever, im actually really taken back my it, its great other than slow menus etc. if it could play 3ds games too it would be amazing, big screen gaming with 2 screens. beautiful

  5. what makes this console one of the best consoles ever made is, when u mod it, it can run Wii Wii U Gamecube Games Natively (and u can also play Gamecube games on the Gamepad without needing a tv)

  6. I missed out on the Wii U back in the day and lately I've seen multiple content creators urge people to get one but I still don't see the point. You can count the good games that haven't yet been ported to Switch or PC on one hand (even after the accident). As an emulation box, lots of mini PCs will be a better value and less hassle if you don't already own a Wii U. The best selling point I've heard was that it's basically a factory HDMI modded original Wii, which feels kinda ignominious but at least makes some sense. Am I missing something?

  7. The Wii U has always been one of my favorite consoles. I bought my son the console the day they released, and have enjoyed watching him grow up playing on it. So when the HEARTLESS BASTARDS at nintendo shut it down, I was devastated. Luckily for us, the community is incredible and gave us Pretendo. Better believe I hacked that bisch, and enjoy it even more now. Even if my son has moved on to playing PC games. My nostalgia gets the best of me sometimes lol 😂

  8. I had my WiiU since launch and still use it regularly. Hands down the best home console in my opinion. Can play every Nintendo game on it pre switch. All other 8-bit and 16-bit games and so on. Its a gaming beast really.

  9. I have an Aroma Wii U with like almost 1tb of games installed and a bunch of Gamecube and Wii games on the sd card but I still don't use it. Like the games are boring and gamecube and wii games look horrible and low res compared to playing them through Dolphin 😂😂😂
