  1. While that 8ms lag is impressive, the default input lag of the game being 130ms definitely isn’t. That’s some Killzone 2 territory, if you add a frame or two of display lag (admittedly this has got a lot better over the years) it’s gonna be very noticeable.

  2. I really hope GTA 6 uses whatever tech it takes to give us at least 60fps or unlocked framerate that won’t dip below 48 so we can use VRR. I despise 30. I don’t know how I did it for song long back in the day. 😊

  3. There is one reason you want to get higher FPS, and that is to get smoother gameplay/lower latency, so why would i want fake FPS with ghosting and artifacting with more latency, yeah no thanks

  4. it looks absolutely hideous on a larger display. don’t let the AAA myopia fool you into thinking this “how much sawdust can we fill a rice krispie treat with before someone notices”shit is the future!

  5. I recently play my first frame generation title on pc it was ghost of tsushima i ran ultra 1080p with frame gen got 90fps avg but the frame gen doesnt feel like 60 i was kinda disappointed.

    Ryzen 5 5600
    Gtx 1080 ti

  6. Why are some gamers wanting these higher frame rates. And none of them will admit that they can't see it. We don't need higher than 60 frames because your eyes can't see more than 60. If you had fly eyes then you have an argument as they see 240 so a 120 frames to a fly is like 30 frames to us. Pointless using resources, hardware or software to give you something that makes no difference. Just tech jargon

  7. I notice everyone gooning for this to save their 30fps gaming experience, yet as always conclusion ends up being that it really isn't very good sub 60fps. It's pretty cool if you're in the 90's and just want to hit a feeling of 120fps though.

  8. So now what i wish they could have done is raise the internal resolution on series s and then add frame gen. They could have gone to 540p and still gotten about the same frames as the ps5/ series x.

  9. More reason why handheld Series S (series s like) make sense, lower resolution and smaller screen size is the perfect condition for FSR3, you could make beast from some low powered handheld.

  10. I know it's not the topic but my problem with this game is the lack of motion blur and no option for it. Real life has motion blur and it really bugs my eyes when there is none on games. Everything looks, "framey" without it and motion always has this tracer look to it. I get that some people don't like it (even though real life has motion blur) but they should have the option.
