  1. It’s not a matter of how much money was lost for a single cup of soda, it’s that losers this like guy need to he punished for their actions. If we don’t then they will continue doing these things and just be an overall detriment.

Sure, just one soda is $4, but if he was to steal a soda, say, once every 5 days consistently over a whole year, that’s almost $300. Things can add up quickly.

And bedsides, only once per 5 days is probably generous considering that the employees AND the cop recognized the dude, and what if more than one guy is doing this to a business?

Ultimately it’s not that they wanted police action for $4, it’s that they wanted to exercise their right to tell this guy to permanently piss off, and the police are the only way you can enact that.

  2. "I'm not going to jail over a cup, today!"
"Correct! You're going to jail for basically being a public nuisance by annoying a business, it's employees, flaunting their rules, acting erratic, repeatedly being a nuisance to the business, defying the police, threatening violence, AND just being a straight-up asshole when everything is said and done. I'm amazed someone didn't lay you out horizontally YEARS ago for that attitude, pal!" :3

  3. The repeated cries of "Why did you do this?!?" makes me think that Ms. Kitsu has not seen many body cam videos. I pray for the day I get to see her react to the Shakira Flabergasted arrest trilogy. Please, God. For me?

  4. There is a reason some people are poor and/or in jail.
That violence he threatened the cop with could have been some random person.

And because for some smooth brains it has to be said: it’s in every race and sex.
Even if in some more than others, that doesn’t matter anyway because a universal position would get it all.

  5. We live in a SOCIETY.

No but in all seriousness, you can't let people get away with this shit. Give an inch and they'll take a mile.

As for calling the cops, these anti-social people are often dumb, belligerent, and violent. They've also been told since the day that they were born that they're victims, and that everyone owes the world to them, so they have no problem taking things that aren't theirs (often by force if they encounter any resistance).

It's a sad state of affairs, but I don't blame the employees for escalating it. It's probably not the first time he's done it either, considering how nonchalant he was about it.

  6. kitsu is accustomed to a high trust society where people typically dont loiter and steal as a default activity. this is the type of person you have to remove from an area because they will slowly destroy their surroundings

  7. It's not about the money, Kitsu – it's about sending a message!

Trespass and banning are just two branches of the same tree, here. The company can ban him, but the legal enforcement method is trespass. So it's corporate terminology and legal terminology for the same thing: he's not allowed in the restaurant.

  8. Depending on how many times he did that it might be a few 100 USD not just 3.79 USD. It adds up and if it is his main source of getting clean water 1 i feel sorry for him but also 2 theft is not the solution to that issue.

  9. The problem isn't one guy stealing soda. The problem is how many times he does this shit AND how many others just like him do. With the cameras it's also easy for an employer to say "you let him do it" and now you're out of a job over it. Fuck him! No one should lose their job because of ignoring some bozo

  10. Bro thinks he's Saul Goodman and a Karen.

Now seriously, this video pissed me off so much that I kept on pausing to take deep breaths periodically. I'm so impressed on myself that I think I'm ready now to have an OW losing game and not ragequit it (only one though).

  11. If the employees don't trespass however goes there and take soda for free then the fast food establishment becomes the neighboorhood soda charity establishment.

  12. Kitsu, I get the sense you are unfamiliar with this type of person. They're unfortunately quite common in America. They believe they can go anywhere, and do anything they want. This guy goes in there frequently, does not buy anything, and steals from them. If he bought something half the times he went in there, there would probably be no problem. Businesses are also very patient with this kind of person because the legal process for dealing with them is expensive and time-consuming and sometimes when you confront these people about what they're doing they turn violent. For it to reach this point the guy had to be quite a nuisance. And he knew full well a water cup only gets you water. It's an American thing. Everyone knows that here.

  13. Out on bond means he committed a crime serious enough to appear before a judge but the court date has not arrived yet. In the past people had to wait in jail until the court date. In recent decades you can give the government money or obtain a bail bond(requires collateral like a loan) to leave jail until your court date. If you fail to show for court then you lose any money or collateral and a warrant is issued for your arrest.

  14. In the US any business can refuse service to anyone and they can trespass paying customers for whatever reason they want. The time for arguing is in court but if you break lawful orders from the police you might spend the night in jail. The police can legally hold you for 24 hours.

  15. Love the Twinsanity music in the intro!
7:46 In other words: A perfect example of "Parents" being too lazy/afraid to do what they should along with teaching their offspring that they don't have to work for anything because everybody just owes it to them.
9:02 Basically, bond is a form of release where the defendant or a third-party company pays a percentage amount (typically 10%) for release but also acts as an "agreement" between the defendant & the court regarding appearances and any particular conditions the defendant must comply to.
19:10 This sounds so much like something my mom would've said lmao

  16. If a business doesn't call the police or at least do something to penalize people when they steal from them word will get around that they are an easy target and they will be robbed to the point of bankruptcy by Petty criminals. It's unfortunate but you have to treat small thefts like serious crimes. And water is free only for people that actually buy something.

  17. He does this almost everyday and he was screaming at people the day before. Plus how do the cops know his name of he isn't known and like the one guy said if you let them have an Millimeter they while take a KM.

  18. He did it too many time . This why the manager call the police. If this was his first crime. They wouldn't even care. If he follow orders from police and leave the fire house sub. He wouldn't be arrested. He didn't follow orders from police.

  19. but propaganda channels need content. that's why this criminal chose to do this. and chose to argue with the cops instead of going home. anything for clicks and views.
