We had just finished our morning workout when I thought about doing this. Completely impromptu. When I completed the …

  1. Thank you for the detailed look at the macros. Regarding Keto Maria’s macros for PSMF days, the fat is to be under 30grams. I find that very hard. In fact, eating just small portions of lean protein is very hard. I want to eat more – more fat, more protein – and I’m edgy and looking for more food in between. But then I remind myself that it’s a FAST. And I’m eating. It is much easier to just NOT EAT on a fast, rather than eat just a bit throughout the day. So this look at your higher protein and higher fat is good and helpful.

I’m muscular, 55, leaned down with changing my diet to carnivore/keto 3 months ago. Love it. Love my homemade grassfed raw dairy kefir, too. Definitely noticed that li get less lean with dairy and seasonal fruit – I’m in the NE so it’s strawberries and now high oxalate currants and raspberries but these are my ancestral foods so I want to eat them, with high Ca/dairy and then not eat them and detox. Still working this all out. Definitely have more gas and burping eating plants, my only but lifelong gut issue.

It occurred to me today that PSMF is the carnivore Master Cleanse! Which I did for 11 days (after a home made ad lib 10-day fast) before I started carnivore. I believe that fast reset my leptin a bit, and leaned me down a lot prior to carnivore but the carnivore diet tightened and cut up the sagging skin. I’m thinner than I’ve ever been since my 20s and feeling way better and stronger.

But the maple syrup of the Master Cleanse is too much sugar. I’m adding some fresh lemon juice in between meals on PSMF day 1, today, to see how that goes.

Thanks for the great content and really explaining this stuff! Cheers.

  2. So well done. Simple and to the point. In the course does it explain the seeming lack of veggies and such? I am all for simple eating, but it seems even the off days are ON day….lol. But all you share is appreciated very much.

  3. Hello! Another wonderful video. But please change title… Judy states at the beginning that you were on a NON PSMF day correct? So this day would be higher fat content day no? Please repeat on a PSMF day so I can see what you are eating on those days… it’s the PSMF days where I need help.. Coffee and chicken breasts non stop for 3 days straight is starting to wear me down!!

  4. I really like Dry Farm Wine! A couple years ago (edit: actually, probably 3 years ago now) I signed up for their delivery service and did not like any of them! All 6 bottles were yucky imho. I canceled my subscription and they refunded me 100%.
I would say a year and a half ago I re subscribed (I get 6 bottles every 2 months) and the wine has been amazing! Only 1 bottle has been yucky! So they’ve really upped their game.
Thought my experience might help someone 🍷
DFW is biodynamic, essentially sugar free, organic, etc

  5. I am using many leftovers, of course. and standing while eating. I am going to look into continuous glucose monitoring. Dr. G., I want to watch the fluctuations to be more aware of how my body is responding. to intake and activity.

  6. Hi, I'm a 6' 4" Norwegian, my cheek bones and veins are already popping out like yours so not looking for weight loss here. I have been on a carnivore style diet since 2017, I find I do best eating mostly grass fed lamb and wild fatty fish. Have been following a one meal a day type of fast to promote entropy but this is leading to muscle sarcopenia. I feel like I'm ready to try a bulking phase with maybe four smaller protein meals per day. Any tips for someone like yourself to bulk up a little? I do weight training and cardio already.

  7. We've had such a great success with keto and mixing in a little PSMF that you want to tell everyone that there is a way to help fix yourself. I love turkey and chaffles used as a bun. We've been experimenting with Egg white bread and have come up with some really fantastic combinations. One looks and tastes just like bread. I love this little breakfast Judy talked about today.. Great Video

  8. Why are you measuring out your food out so religiously rather than eat intuitively until you’re full? You seem to only have very healthy (albeit very boring lol) food in your fridge anyway and neither of you is struggling with weight. Why is the weighing/macros/calorie counting so important for people like you?
