  1. Watching your video has had me learn so much about training and how it’s more about stretching the muscles than the weight if that makes sense the big stretch you get the more gains to come with.

  2. I tried this out myself, I think if you're using the right it would be good but I haven't found one that I can do this comfortably with. If y'all are having this issue too, try isolated bent-over cable-fly's

  4. My reason for sticking to that is my body’s asymmetry. I feel my rear delta differently and would want to stick to that way to try to ensure they feel similarly 😅
