You could do this on cable machine, which is what i personally do
Does it work with a pulley cord? Holding the cord in this position and doing the same moviment?
If I do this in gym, I will be outcast
I tried this out myself, I think if you're using the right it would be good but I haven't found one that I can do this comfortably with. If y'all are having this issue too, try isolated bent-over cable-fly's
I love your videos and this is just for fun and I know it's because you need to make a video and get the info across. But you make serious faces and then it cuts to where you have 5 or 10 kgs on 🤣 that made my day 🤣
My reason for sticking to that is my body’s asymmetry. I feel my rear delta differently and would want to stick to that way to try to ensure they feel similarly 😅
