I did this and holy my shoulders are on fire literally 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Props ❤️❤️❤️
Singles take twice as long. Do them standing up.
Just sit back on an incline bench around 60ish degrees (lower angle might even be better but may also pose greater risk to the joints if not properly built up to over time) and you get an even better stretch and can do both sides at the same time.
Nah this guy is optimizing every single small part of lifting , R E S P E C T .
Jus use cables. Those gymtubers are fucking annoying
Shit I was doing the wrong lean. Still got some nice pump though
Just use the cable for leaning away. Ez
I’ve never leaned out before now I gotta try
HEY so my shoulders pop every time I do lat raises. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP and tell me what I'm doing wrong :((
So leaning in is basically preacher curls but for shoulders
A lot of professional boxers in the comment section
So the machine is better then
This is my new bro
Cables add that tension too
Use cables instead
Funny because guys in prison figured this out long ago. As well as how to do pushups for size. You dont go to the point other muscles take over, if you lose tension you made a mistake. Dont be this guy
this guy sounds like Ben Shapiro
Tried this after training for more than 30 years doing it the standard way and it works a treat💪
I tried this and felt discomfort in my lower back. Damn
Or just use cables………
Tried this yesterday, felt more tension🫱🏻🫲🏽beautiful
Cool
Leaning with cable.
Buff gymrat daniel ratcliffe
Do loo raises
Crossed cable
Need some better sweat pants, those are just wrong..
This is true but this guy is 5’2 n looks at a dumbbell n gets big, short people are on easy mode they fill up faster then taller folks
I tried this, finished my 3 sets, and went to the restroom to see my pump and said, "HOLY SHIT!". I will be doing lateral raises this way from now on.

Use cables. Problem solved.
Been leaning in since your video!
Just use cables
should just do them standing upside down
That fking makes sense. Wow
I found a remedy that works for me. I start and stop ad 45° from the bottom and 45° from the top. At each end keep your arms straight and when you bring your arms to the center, bend your elbow slightly so it keeps the dummbell in a straight path up ajd down. And then finish the rep with your arms at that bottom 45° with that straight elbow.
What about seated?
Best thing is he says all are good just one could work better. Instead of all the other idiots saying "this exercise is the best all other a rubbish compared to it".
