  1. Just sit back on an incline bench around 60ish degrees (lower angle might even be better but may also pose greater risk to the joints if not properly built up to over time) and you get an even better stretch and can do both sides at the same time.

  2. Funny because guys in prison figured this out long ago. As well as how to do pushups for size. You dont go to the point other muscles take over, if you lose tension you made a mistake. Dont be this guy

  3. I found a remedy that works for me. I start and stop ad 45° from the bottom and 45° from the top. At each end keep your arms straight and when you bring your arms to the center, bend your elbow slightly so it keeps the dummbell in a straight path up ajd down. And then finish the rep with your arms at that bottom 45° with that straight elbow.

  4. Best thing is he says all are good just one could work better. Instead of all the other idiots saying "this exercise is the best all other a rubbish compared to it".
