  1. Thank you so much for this video. I have been using your “weight training for women over 50” for months now and love it. Your demos and explanations are wonderful. I have been looking for exercises that I can do on my off days while i am resting from my “knees over toes” workouts Love the idea of targeting my glutes and hamstrings!

  2. well done for this video.

I have Osteoarthritis of the knee and i happen to be a gym rat. so these are great workout but having osteoarthritis means; do i have to give up doing leg extensions, hack squats, leg press, walking lunges, lunges, reverse lunges, hip thrust and all forms of squat variations? please help me on this as i can't find any professional around me to confirm this. You are saving a life with this help Sir.

    Best Regards.

  3. Very helpful. I have started getting knee/lower leg issues when squatting so I have been looking for valid substitutes. It is really bad that you cant train quads properly like this but this is better than doing nothing 💪

  4. TY. I lift weights with my upper body. I had double knee replacements in 2012. And my knees still aren't 💯. Arthritis visits often. I work 40 hrs also. So. I couldn't do much work with my lower body. This routine works wonders. I mean it. I wont get bigger legs. But im getting stronger. TY.

  5. I tore my patellar tendon and I’ve been working on physical therapy for the last six months after surgery and immobilization. But now my insurance says it’s no longer medically necessary so I can’t go. I was using various machines there and I can’t afford to go to a gym to use those so I’m looking for some good at home exercises to really strengthen my quad muscle back up.

  6. I’m excited watching this because I’ve been doing my lunges partially because I can’t do full one yet. I’ve been doing it right and that excites me. I’m also happy to learn I can do partial squats too. Thanks man. Subbed.

  7. I have a knee injury few years back and so much pain when doing squat. I will try these exercises and hopefully can help strengthen my knees. Is it okay to do these exercises everyday?

  8. Some very intelligent ex's but not all. U can't make good legs if Ur knees aren't healthy. All variations of lunges step ups and squats can only help in maintaining quality of life (only if U don't go aggressive). However, big legs are out of question with bad knees. It's like U can't build bigger arms if U ve golf or tennis elbow. Sometimes U ve to let something just go in lieu of greater good. Finally, I pray to God almighty to grant health to all those brethren who are here for silver bullet. Amen.

  9. Great video thank you
I have arthritis primary in my knees I find hip thrusts or bridges to also be great while not hurting my knees
I do that on the Smith machine

  10. hey man i have a question
is this video about reducing knee pain so it can help us get back to original leg workout or? im scared that i wont be able to do lefs ever again because 1 squat and my knees are on fire and in great pain
so will this reduce or take away the pain completely or?

  11. I recently learned I have very little cartilage left in my knees. I don’t really have much knee pain at all yet, but want to try to keep it from progressing. So this is just what I needed. Thank you!
