  1. I only got like 4 min in while watching this video but already I can feel the decompression working. I also feel like all my ligaments were stretched… and I have to poop.

I am going to do this everyday from now on. If I become comfortable enough, I may even just abandon my computer chair eventually. That's a big "someday" goal. I need to take my time to adapt to this. But I will cherish this advice.

  2. After weeks of pain in my tailbone area, I was starting to fear this pain would be permanent. I saw this video last night and only did the squat for less than 1 minute! I felt huge relief immediately. This morning pain is all gone. I can't believe it

  3. Travel to any developing country and it becomes obvious how disconnected from our natural selves we've become.. Squats are omnipresent in most parts of the world, because they're perfect for our body.

  4. what if i feel muscle pain? i'm more than flexible enough to do it, i just can't relax the shin muscles or i fall back lmao (can i use this squat position to better that muscle? it seems like a nice plank-like exercise)

  5. So weird question, I notice I can seem to squat no problem but only on my tip toes. The moment I get my knees lower than my hips my feet just immediately pull up on the heel. On my toes I can squat for 5-6 mins pretty easy. Should I do something to change my form or time until Im completely flat foot?

  6. I learned to do this at 30. I did ankle dorsiflexion stretches until my ankle was mobile enough to do it without me falling backward. It gets easier every time. My body feels incredible, I've never had so little hip and back pain. My knees click though, but that's leaving your 20s for you lol

  7. The thumbnail has an "x" over the person squatting with a rounded back, but there is nothing wrong with a global arch and it even says in the video that a rounded back is ok…?

  8. No need to "do" squats. Get rid of the sofa, get floor seating with rugs/carpets (you sit on soft cushions that are just cushions), and you'll get rid of back pain, constipation, and so many problems. For added benefit consider a kitchen where you cook sitting on a super-low stool (10-12inch tall) like traditional societies. Modern lifestyle wrecks our lives in every way possible.

  9. 💯Agree, I have done all of this over time except vivo shoes but do wear other barefoot shoes when I’m not barefoot, it all works and helps the more consistently you do it, 👍👍great informative video

  10. Regillio Tuur was a boxer who became Olympic champion in 1988, I saw him train once and tried to mimic his frog jumps that were really full range, the dude pretty much slammed into his knees. I hurt myself trying. This was in the early nineties.
