  1. MK-677 will increase your GH to younger levels. People have been taking this daily for years, I only imbibe after workouts. At 63 I can bounce back in 1 day or 3-4 days, 10-20mg MK-677, back in a day. If you want to get stamina in a pill, just add Carderine. Read Sarmguide/Muscle+Brawn…these are not Sarms but they will activate your GH and IGF-1 via receptors.

  2. i take it back, more like 77, i once went to an organization to release some weight, and the person interviewing me was at least 100 pounds, over weight. needless to say, i did not join.
did not even buy their book, as i don't believe that they know what they are doing

  3. I grew up in the mountains in the late 70s there were a group of "old timers" who never stopped, usually outside activities. Not an ounce of fat on any of them and you couldn't tell their activity levels from a 32 year olds. The oldest was a WW1 veteran! I thought this was how you were when you were older and was puzzled when i saw people pretty much giving up in their 40s in lowland towns and cities. I had the best role models possible in those gents and I will be like them, won't give up, don't give up people.

  4. Thank you for the useful info. I've discovered that sauna can increase HGH significantly as well.
There was a study published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism. It has found that two 20 minute sauna sessions at 176F (80C) separated by a 30 minute cooling period resulted in a two-fold increase in HGF levels. Another study showed that two 15 minute sauna sessions at 212F (100 C) dry heat separated by a 30 minute cooling period led to a five-fold increase in HGH. This is probably due to the release of heat shock proteins from heat exposure.
Not everyone can do HIIT. Increase in adrenalin is not great for women in perimenopause whose adrenalin is already high. So having alternatives is a good strategy.

  5. I'm 58 but look 47 and yes I exercise on a regular basis and fast for two reasons, for physical health and spiritual health.
It's also very important that you have the least emotional stress possible, that helps a lot.

  6. This was really interesting and seems to align with recent experience. I just turned 75 and although very active muscle mass was declining and was feeling weaker so my GF talked into joining the gym across the street. She is fit and has good activity level also but she is 47, and teaches yoga at 5'4" and 105 pounds over the 12 years together she just gets stronger and I have gotten weaker. The gym was a bit intimidating with all the males and females having such intense workouts so my 6-2 frame 176 lb a trainer set up a routine for me on the machines and treadmill and it really improved my peak strength and added size to my arms and legs. But after a month or rapid gains stopped, A female trainer approached and said my routine and diet was going to show quick gain then stall and wasting my time. She wanted a list of my meals which was only one large meal a day and she created a new routine of less reps but slower and to failure. I was advised to change all my eating habits and to cook for myself(my GF is a very creative cook who teaches cooking classes in several national cuisines. I move from the US 24 years ago to a beautiful Eastern European city for the access to culture and the food purity and no chemicals or GMO are allowed, and everyone is fit, almost no obese people but older women seem to gain weight. I have never seen a 20 year old who was not fit, in a city of 7 million
So I am happy with the increased energy and new diet that has no processed foods, and the only sugar is from the fruit and the plateau where I stalled out after a month has steadily gained, and fewer reps but to failure. The one thing that was noticed by my GF was my sex drive increased a lot at about the 3 month point Twice a week was the norm after 10 years while twice a day when we first got together. Now my only complaint is poor sleep, which I have suffered from for 20 years She sleeps a long time and falls asleep instantly. After sex sleep comes naturally for me but any other day its a problem getting to sleep. I have also notices my thinning hair has stopped shedding so have full head of hair but thinner than 30 years ago
I use a protein supplement, and and a few vitamins such as D3-K2 and L-Citrailine I walk about 4-5 miles every day just doing errands or walking around the stunning city. I work in 3 small businesses I have, the largest one had 83 employees before Covid, supplying cruise ships with tours for the 2-3 days they are in port but the ships stopped coming after Covid. One that is still active is a pro photo studio that primarily works with actor portfolios/ballet dancers and opera singers, and an electronic repair shop for pro audio systems for club, musicians and concert halls
I started my first real business with rented office and business license at 13 years old so it is unlikely I will ever retire. Being active and having a purpose is what life is about. Retirement is a pretty new tradition in human history and only reason people have such poor health and life expectancy when an active useful person suddenly stops working. Men in particular need to be useful for a good life. My main business in California was a large recording studio where we recorded 197 gold and platinum albums between 1972 and 1994, and most of those top players worked with still tour into their 80s and have purpose.
