Really have to appreciate how casual/positive this was. A lot of people usually start complaining and react very negatively at the usual service games or at games that are not for them. It's nice seeing some that understands that while some of us dont play any of them but not every game is going to be for us and we dont have to complain every time.

There are more games in this showcase that I'm interested in than the ones I saw announced back at the VGAs. Surprising, to say the least.
Doom: The Dark Ages absolutely fucks.
Flintlock looked interesting, but SBI is involved with it, so, take that with a grain of salt.
Avowed caught my eye but the combat looks very "Elder Scrolls", so I'm on the fence.
Wuchang: Fallen Feathers looks like a Sekiro-type game, so big interest in that.
Fragpunk was a bizarre genre blend that looked exciting and fresh.
Expedition 33 is one I'd like to know more about. That one was equal parts emotional and energizing.
Age of Mythology Retold was really pulling on my RTS strings, been so long since I played a good one.
Perfect Dark seemed pretty engaging, and the music was good in that trailer. Never played the original or any follow-ups, but I could see trying this new one.
Black Ops 6 is the first game that could conceivably get me into that series. I've only played the OG MW2 and a little bit of Advanced Warfare so far. I'm just not huge on "real-world" FPS games. But based on what they're bringing, BO6 might be worth it.
And finally, the Gears of War: E-Day trailer hit me big in the nostalgia feels with that rendition of "Mad World", bringing us all the way back to 2006 and that first game's trailer. God damn, I almost shed a tear.

I think both things can coexist.
We can be excited and satisfied with what's coming to Xbox with this great Showcase and we can be upset with the stupid decisions of the past like closing Tango and how they just lied.
One thing does not eliminate the other.
Why is no one talking about the shield? I swear people see it with the awesome musical cue and dont say anything. Does anyone even care about FIGHTING TITIANS IN A TITAN MECH!? OR FLYING IN A CUSTOM ARMOR PLATED WINGED DEMON!?!?! WHY IS NO ONE TALKING ABOUT THIS!?
