  1. Mr. Jeffries,, one word: slow-motion. You must slow down. Most viewers (including me) are not going to be able to absorb this material. First, you are teaching three combos when you should only be teaching one. And you should demonstrate at least three times, extremely slowly. Then gradually speed up and show at real-time speed. Do not believe YouTube or TikTok if they tell you to talk fast. This video sounds like a cheap, fast-talking television commercial. Most viewers are not professional boxers and we cannot learn at the pace you are providing. This is the most important comment you will read all day.

  2. Hello, I'm new to your channel and am also new to boxing. If you ever read this comment, could you make a video about how to throw flicker jabs? I'm very fascinated with the flicker jab, I think it would fit well into my fighting style but I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly.

  3. What if i punch him in nuts? Like just go ahead and throw the match but be the last standing? Lol jk but i was hitting the bag got low and realized id of upper cut the nuts lol Jesus Christ changes everything He loves u & type n upci church locator 4 church near u try Acts 238

  4. These tutorials are a god send. 10 years ago I was doing boxing with the goal of competing in amateur. Unfortunately I was T-boned by a mini bus, smashed my left leg, contracted flesh eating bug disease and ended up with chronic nerve damage.

I thought that was it for me, but then I found out that Masters boxing exists. I've started training again in my 30s. Hopefully another mini bus doesn't run me over this time. 😅

  5. Tony, I usually not comment under videos, but I just want to tell you: Keep up this awesome work!
I am a boxing trainer from Germany and I just love to watch your videos, they are such a great inspiration for my training sessions! Thank you so much! Will definitely try out these combinations in training.
