  1. Just wanted to let you know that I can’t walk after this workout lol !!!! I’m walking like a sumo wrestler wearing a full heavy diaper. My legs have never felt this sore in my life and I was a soccer player

  2. Nice. 50 jumping lunges are quite a bit. If you are like me and night not make all those, do as many jumping lunges as you can, switch to non jumping ones for 5 then continue with the jumping ones.

    Sweet leg workout.

  3. I find the horse stance easy due to Kung fu I could sit in that all day but aerobics lunging and squats they can be very brutal 👍👊

    Body weight exercises are great loving what you do great job 👍
