  1. V (both original miniseries) ran its course and was quite frankly due to end. It had nowhere else to go.

The remake was a real mistake long, convoluted and obviously a writer's wet-dream gone wrong…

  2. The Sarah Connor Chronicles is an example of a spin-off being better than the original. It could have gone further and it was a shame how they ended it, it destroyed the show. Writers thinking they were being clever…

  3. Farscape died because the entire cast went to perpetuate SG-1 instead. They bet on the wrong horse that time, SG-1 had run its 10 seasons, Farscape could have run a few more seasons.

  4. **Terra Nova,
    **Tremors the series
    **Defiance
**Andromeda died because they went bankrupt.
**Stargate Atlantis could have gone another couple seasons easily, instead they made a Stargate soap opera 🤢🤮💩

  5. As a Sci-Fi enthusiast myself I say farscape did very well and has just enough seasons to make it memorable any good collection to have on your DVD shelf that right next to Babylon 5. Great sci-fi shows have a high level of diversity in characters characters with unique traits and behaviors that make them their own and give them their own elements that is what I consider to be a great sci-fi show.

  6. If studio execs want to know why great shows dont always get great ratings, its because they keep on cancelling shows that end on a cliffhanger. Im not going to get invested in a story that never ends. I'll wait a season or two. Cancelling a show isn't the crime. Its the fucking cliffhanger! Stop it already!

  7. Problem with firefly was no one heard about it until it was over. I LOVED that show but binged the entire thing two years after it was cancelled.

  8. Farscape was a cult classic with a good few seasons. Sarah Connor Chronicles was a tragedy it didn't get a 3rd season. Firefly was famously a cult classic, just wonderful. Dark Matter was highly underrated hidden gem – definitely deserved another season. Show got better and better, with characters and deeper scope of world building.
