Do you take them early in the morning in an empty stomach or right before eating, after eating? I had previously found chicken livers to be too much cholesterol (making me sluggish and congested), which was disappointing to me because of all of the nutritional benefits, but I'll try again because, lately, I have been including more fiber in my diet.
