I see it all the time on betterhelp. 99 percent of people struggling with mental healthin first world countries are also drug addicts. Take the drug addiction away and the depression goes away. I did it, you can too
To an extent i agree with Tate's message that one can lift themself away from depression by changing the root cause, but that being said, there is plenty of neurological research that indicates that depression is a brain sickness that affects a certain amount of people, that's just true.
People can influence many things themselves, such as their own well-being by choosing a healthy lifestyle. Your own mind can influence your well-being in many ways, and you can actively support your mental health with many activities, such as taking care of the basics (sleep, diet, exercise), practicing self-awareness and self-compassion, and using relaxation techniques. You can also influence your mental well-being by accepting the things that you cannot control and focusing on the things that you can control, such as your own attitude and actions. A person can influence their own mental health by taking care of their relationships, exercising, learning to relax, and accepting and appreciating themselves. A person is a whole. The human mind is part of well-being – we can talk about mental health. The parts of human well-being are the mind, body, and soul, and these are influenced by many internal and environmental factors. When a person’s mind is in good health, it is often easier to cope with everyday life, they also have energy to do new things, and the world seems bright. Their thoughts are mostly clear, making decisions and finding solutions is successful. Life feels balanced, and they can control their own emotions. They believe that every good and bad experience has a purpose. There is light in the future, and difficult experiences from the past do not cause too much burden.
Psychopaths do not experience depresssion in the same way regular people do, and it is very difficult (impossible really) for one with psychopathy to imagine mental health struggles (or any other challenges) they have never personally experienced.
Didn’t see you of the front lines Andrew. Getting amongst IED’s and fire fights then get back to me about talking on mental health

This is what delusional psychosis looks like
Depression is a chemical imbalance in the brain that can't be cured, you can numb it but not eliminate it
I don't believe in cows does that mean they don't exist

Pigeon Lady Piers
depression is just low test
Such black and white thinking by Tate, as usual.
Depression is a real thing for sure, but I agree it is over diagnosed and some people confuse depression with just feeling down one day.

Factos
To be fair science announces that a boy can transform his body into a girl's body. Just because science said something doesn't mean it's true
Cheekely weeekly
Mental illness is demon possession.
Morgan tick boxes his way to chime with najority opinion. Repetative as well.
The arrogance of yoof.
Looowkey I get what he’s saying the comparison is kinda dumb tho
Tate is a sheer idiotic Wanker
If u watch the full debate, Tate kills piers off in this debate
Spoken truely like someone who has never experienced depression b4. Lucky him
Well. I'm just gonna say Tate sounds an awful lot like the kid that closes his eyes in hide and seek and says "If I can't see you, you can't see me!"
Sometimes depression is you being unable to express yourself or feel repressed emotions. Trauma has something to do with it for sure.
So Tate may be accurate in this one.
Psychopaths do not experience depresssion in the same way regular people do, and it is very difficult (impossible really) for one with psychopathy to imagine mental health struggles (or any other challenges) they have never personally experienced.
Tate is actually correct , he doesn't need some wizard doctor diagnosing him , giving him psychotropic witchcraft drugs . Mr pharmacia
Guessing men follow him because they’re insecure avoidants who relate to Tate, the Mayor of Brokenville
