  9. Excelente Felicitaciones,yo hago lo mismo con mancuernas de 7×25/de 10×30 y de 4 Kg….lo hago seguido, lo trabajo de la manera siguiente, una serie en pronación volumen 3 y la intensidad minimo 25/30 repeticiones, y repito con una densidad de 30 segundos entre serie…se entiende …Saludos
