This is why there are so many repeat offenders. I’ve watched court tv. A lot of judges listen to sob stories by these crappy humans. Let them off with probation when they should be in jail.

The second vid is good example of how soft people whom are making the laws that the officers must adhere to themselves, are actually putting officers in grave danger. This was a good shoot ALL DAY. Citizens are fed up with giving second, third and fourth chances to individuals whom are CAREER CRIMINALS. There is no reform for 99% of criminals.
