  3. I have a stress fracture and I'm in a boot. I was able to do this workout with some modifications to the planks. I'm so grateful that I can work out while in a boot. I love your workouts!

  4. I'm a failure, I can't even do the low impact exercises, a part of my neck hurts when I'm doing exercises like the 6:42 exercise, so definitely I am doing something wrong, any recommendations? Help 😢

  6. I haven't even done that many of Chloe's videos yet, but I saw a big change in my abs already. I have a lot more muscle definition now and can tell that I've definitely lost some weight. It could be due to diet changes as well, but I feel like doing these workouts had a lot to do with the changes. It feels good to work out and see results, it really boosts my self-confidence!

    I used to weigh 63 kgs after an intense workout and healthy diet routine.
    Now I have gained and I am 75 kgs 😞😞😞

    Hoping to lose weight in a healthy manner, while still loving myself. Which is genuinely hard 😢
