Buen discaso
Several of the best songs on this album, and a few great ones on TYR
A song about a barn owl. Great song though
This is the album from which I named My account 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Lembro quando saiu está edição, parabéns pela relíquia
Tony forever
This is my favorite Sabbath song along with Heaven And Hell.
Very relaxing song. Singing is perfect, Guitar solo is perfect.
I'm living under a rock. 64 yrs of metal under my belt. This is some of the best.
My god what an amazing song. If this was sang by dio then it would be lauded, headless cross is a top tier sabbath imo.
It wasn't really Sabbath after Ozzy but the Tony Martin era albums were awesome. I picked Headless Cross album up on cd once and it really is superb. I love the melodic direction
Iron Man: "Show me respect, Black Sabbath even dedicated a song to me!"
Nightwing: "Well, they did it to me too."
This song, here is why I love THIS era so f Black Sabbath!!
Once again, the voice of master, but so underrated.
I enjoyed the Mk artine era albums but the sound quality of the pressing of the original Tyr vinyl seemed like it was done on a fisher price toy, it was unlistenable so all the uploads here gives me a chance to enjoy these all in crystal clear audio.
Tony Martin's era in Black Sabbath is undoubtedly the best, sadly this song and the albums where he is are highly underrated.
This entire album, along with Tony Martin is Black Sabbath’s hidden gem. Most underrated Black Sabbath album in my opinion. I remember buying the tape in 1989 from Tower Records. I was only 11 years old. I was blown away by this album!
Sensacional
the heaviest of Sabbath
good again
I am Brazil
Band Top 10
Closest to Dio as I gets
Banger Drums in outro!
The fact that Tony Martin has been hated, sidelined, forgotten, and essentially “pushed out” of the band stems from the reality that he was too good at what he did. There wasn’t “supposed” to be a replacement for Ozzy—much less for Dio—who could stand so firmly on his own, to the point of almost threatening the band's identity by imprinting his own.
Especially on the albums he sang on, Martin was arguably the main reason someone might be drawn to listen to Black Sabbath at that time—perhaps even more than Iommi himself.
In a way, although he was technically always a "guest" in the band, Martin's unique identity almost posed a threat of “stealing” the band from Iommi.
Lets be honest
This is one of the best metal albums every
Same quality with "powerslave from maiden" for example
For years I thought this song was about some winged demonic beast hunting in the night. Recently found out it is about a barn owl lol.
good
Tony's first take became eternal.
IMO the solo at 3:55 is the best Tony Iommi solo of all time
🎶🔥
Loved Cozy's drumming.
I put on Black Sabbath in my car and headed out to the highway where I altered mind state. This was awesome.
One of my fav Sabbath albums!
An under rated album the story around it, and the subsequent tour also holds a story, this man had it all, the voice, the looks and a great frontman, but it didn’t last as apparently he couldn’t write songs, as a singer he was a ten but as a writer he was not so good, the badlands albums gave us a bit more variation with his voice, but touring the 2nd album he was getting ill, the voice never left him, but his face thinned, and he aged, the disease had hold of him, but he carried on, sadly it took him, but thanks to you we have a great recording, my impression of this recording is that he had listened to Glenn’s version, as the falsetto comes in the same, thanks for the time and effort for the up,oad from Scotland 🏴
Первый раз услышал если память не изменяет в 1994году и сразу сказал БОМБА!!!!!!! 17.06.2025год!!!!! И снова говорю БОМБА👍👍👍👍👍👍

Dobré album
Amazing singer Tony Martin his voice just sounds SO good! Great lyricist too! I LOVE this era of Sabbath it had a maturity and class to it and need we talk about quality songwriting? Awesome!
I think this album stinks…doesn't sound like Black Sabbath at all. "Sweet Leaf", "Electric Funeral", "Supernaut", "Sabbath, Bloody Sabbath"…and "Nightwing"? Uh, no….
Perfect closing for a perfect album. 🌕
Awesome! 🇦🇺🤘🇦🇺

It's funny how you can tell Tony is using a thick ass pick here, probably a 2mm or more. You can hear the squeak they make when hitting the strings at 2:45.
One of my favorite Black Sabbath albums. Was very underrated every song is great.
This is god like Heavy Metal. Amazing guitars and vocals. Simply the best…Black fucking Sabbath
This is such an underrated Black Sabbath song
