  1. Paul, thank you so much for putting this info out, by the looks of your quads we would have never known, it feels great to know that I am not alone, I've had 3 knee surgeries, the most recent being the worst, I tore my patellar tendon, my struggle has been building back my quad, I'm gonna start implementing these exercises

  2. Im 43 and I have a lot of body pains/surgeries/damages similar to this guy. Greatest teacher created by man is Youtube and its content creators. There is almost something for everyone.

  3. This is helpful to know. I'm 52 and don't have knee pain yet although I'm starting to get some discomfort. For a few years now I been doing Bulgarian split squats regularly – weighted and bodyweight, walking lunges – bodyweight/weighted, and goblet squats. Lately, I been noticing some discomfort when doing the walking lunges. I will pay closer attention when I do them next time to pinpoint the pain.

Btw, I've tried the suspension lunge with my TRX at home and find it awkward. The balance component is next level!..LOL. I will view it as a challenge and practice.

  4. Thank you Sir,
I really enjoy seeing others who are so intuitive when it comes to all of this, and really big thank you for this detailed video surrounding knees, and yes you do speak less in your videos so thank you for this more chatty of a video, every bit had a purpose.
    👍👍👍👍👍 keep going man!
I am 40 and I am trying my best … Didn't have the best knees to start with 🙂

  5. The next exercise for him after those knee friendly leg exercises are to open the Just for Men hair color and color those grey hairs on the head and beard.

Remember judges at bodybuilding shows like people on earth notice details (hair, nails) besides muscles and we musteth not neglect nasty grey hair

  6. This might be a stupid question, but do these knee exercises end up exacerbating knee pain/deterioration? In other words, are you developing the muscles around the knee at the expense of the knee joint?
Are there exercises that don't tax/deteriorate the knee joint (specifically where my meniscus should be) and develop my thighs?

  7. Get those stretches in! I had meniscus trouble a few years back and stretching both legs front and back release the tension and makes it feel like you're carrying around 30 less pounds. Take good care of the better knee too, its working overtime and the pain can be referred from that leg to the other. If you massage the good leg the bad one will ease up almost every time
