Hey mei, I am a teen and want to start working on my glow up , so I tried one of you're lessaraffim workout and I could not complete the whole thing so can you give me some easier workouts to do , please
Aye imma be honest as someone whos been working out for a while. This isnt really doing anything for you lol. At most its burning a very minimal amount of calories. For "toned" arms you want to build some muscle and lose a bit of body fat. None of these exercises are really effective for doing either of those things. There are 2 parts to your arm, the bicep and the tricep. Our body works off of adaptation so in order for the muscle to grow you have to break it down, moving your arms around in circles wont do that lol. I recommend buyin some dumbells (kinda expensive but worth it) so you can properly stimulate your biceps. Triceps you can work on by doing a couple of bodyweight movements like dips and push ups. Obviously what you eat is extremely important especially if you want to lose body fat so if you havent already you might need to rearrange your diet a bit. There is a common misconception that you'll get too big if you lift weights but dont worry as that is completely false. Especially if you dont take it too seriously. Just properly stimulate your biceps and triceps, eat healthy with an adequate amount of protein and you'll have the toned arms you want 💪🏾

When you exercise, for example your arms, your are tiring that muscle out so it will build back stronger, you cannot loose fat in a certain area 🤍💪🔥
