I actually don't care if they were talking during work hrs if their job was getting done and if it wasn't on government chats. Many of us talk on chats, texts, "cooler talk" while on the clock. Their hrs are set, they don't go home when work is done. Like he said though, another country can get ahold of that if hacked. It only takes ONE to not want others finding out about their kinks.
