Was thw dude a criminal sure, did he overdose probably, but he was also a human being who was restrained and asking for help. I have seen too many videos of police brutalizing people, its not a chauvin issue , its the fact out police are not an internal military and once a suspect is restrained , if they ask for help, putting your weight on them wheile theu struggle to inhail isn't helping.

George Floyd was trying to hide fentanyl pills by swallowing them so he would not get charged for it and this is what killed him.
He was unjustly convicted, literal Salem Witch Trials. The evidence showed that Saint Floyd had a medical emergency consistent with a fentanyl overdose. The video showed that there was not a knee on his neck and he did not die from suffocation. It wasn’t the police that killed him, it was his culture.
My concern is that if he is pardoned,he may be transferred to MN (I am a resident here) and he will be shanked in prison because he was a cop that put some of them there. He needs to pardon him and negotiate him staying exactly where he is for his safety until his release date.
Make no mistake, if the left starts the rioting nonsense, President Trump absolutely WILL call out the national guard or the military against these fools, and RIGHTFULLY SO.
I don’t believe Dereck Chovin is guilty either! The coroner’s report didn’t say he passed away from asphyxiation it said he passed from heart failure due to intoxication & underlying health issues!
Now I’m sure the fact that he was resisting arrest didn’t help the situation. Had he not resisted the outcome would’ve been different.
I definitely don’t believe it was a Hate Crime either! If he is pardoned it should happen in January, in the state he was convicted in. It should be during sub-zero temps, freezing, snowing, blizzard type weather conditions when announced.
