  3. Oh my Goodness! This workout was a KILLA but, so enjoyable at the same time. It REALLY challenged me…Especially the Side Plank Knee Tucks! WOW! I did love the One Leg Walkout Burpee the MOST!! Keep on bringin' it Lady Z!!

If you do you knee push-ups with your knee at a constant angle so that you rotate on your knee as you go down and your feet come off the floor, it makes it quite a bit harder but not as hard as a real push up. Zuzka, I can tell your body is getting more muscley. This is the best I've seen you look.

  8. Susana I've been following your workouts for a long time and continue to follow. For your beginners you should explain the landing when Jump movements are involved. A lot of people don't know how to land.
