Five stars for excellent customer service! I purchased one of these when my twins were born a year and a half ago and used the two cameras in the living room and kitchen so I could keep an eye on my toddler downstairs while putting the twins to down for naps/bedtime. I really only used this during the day and the daytime image quality is superb. I had been using a different brand monitor in the twins' bedroom and decided to put that one away and purchase a second one of these so that I could connect four cameras to one monitor so as not to juggle multiple monitors. I bought a second set to add two more cameras – one in the twins' bedroom and one in my toddler's bedroom to use for when they're sleeping, but I was disappointed with the blurry nighttime vision quality that the cameras didn't have a wide-angle lens. The twins' room is small and I wasn't able to see both of their cribs (which are right next to each other) well in the same view. It needed to be able to zoom out more. I had better luck with a different brand. All that to say, the customer service experience is why I'm giving five stars. They were very responsive, professional, and helpful as I explained my concern and helped me through the return process seamlessly. It was also nice that I was assigned to the same customer service representative the whole time so he was familiar with me and my case with each correspondence. In the two photos I'm sharing, the first one show the night vision quality of the BabySense camera and you can see how it's too close-up and blurry (hard to even see the two babies), and the other photos is a comparison of the different brand's camera.
The Babysense monitor and cameras have been an excellent fit for our little family. Quality is great- clear images both day and night, accurate colors and temperature display. The battery life Is sufficient amd the entire setup is very easy.
Unfortunately a few months after using this product the charging port stopped working for the monitor. Thankfully, Babysense was very understanding and attended to this issue immediately. I am extremely pleased with the service and will definitely recommend this product to anyone.

Amazing monitor but sadly due a water death. This is the best monitor I’ve seen. Super clear picture and so nice to have 2 screens on at once. I love the night light option on camera. My son has even made a song for when the light is on at night time. When light is off he knows parents are coming to get him out of bed. The rotation feature is full 360.
Now for sad part- i was taking a bath for a moment of relax (rare moment) and i knocked it in tub. Less than 10 servings submerged. Now the picture goes in out and camera moves on own to right side. In rice now but worried never the same great quality.

Overall very happy with the buy. I'd still use Cubo for newborn phase because of the cry detection alert (which sends an alert to your phone even if your video and audio are off) and I can spy on and take cute photos of baby even when I'm out and someone else is taking care of baby at home. But of course, the price point is different. Will use babysense for my toddler.
Overall 4/5 stars. The screen is nice and large AND split screen so it is easy to keep a eye on both babies. Quality of night vision is a 3/5 but we can deal. Sounds is great. 5/5. Camera is 360 so perfect for any angle. My one complaint is getting to different settings. A lot of settings to scroll through just to change split screen, which is something we have to change a lot with toddlers of different ages.
I love these baby monitors. The camera quality is great and I love how you can pan the whole room. It was extremely easy to set up and I believe a great value for my money. The battery life of the parent console could be a bit better personally, but the monitor is overall durable and worth the purchase!
Yall!!! I was so impressed with this monitor. The different angles it can reach is super impressive. ALSO, the fact it doesn’t work off of WiFi.. MAJOR PLUS. Okay but I gotta be real. My monitor quit working after day two. I messaged customer service and they got to me within 8 hours! I sent them an email at night and when I woke up I had a response. Sent a pic/video of error and two days later they sent me a whole new monitor. That’s customer service if I have ever seen it!! Get this monitor! The camera is amazing and so is the customer service!!!
Good monitor. The antenna is a little prone to breaking and it’s worth noting that when you’re using the dual/split screen feature you can only hear audio on one of the monitors so if you want audio for both kids that are sleeping you won’t be able to do that. It has good range and we like it overall. Oh one more eh thing is when the nightlights on it makes a high pitched noise that many may not hear but it’s definitely there goes away as soon as the lights turned off. Camera image is great and audio is too you can also talk to your kiddo via the monitor I think you can even use it as a sound machine as well? But we don’t use that feature. It has a white noise and music options
I have had this monitor for a couple months and I love it! Previously had a summer infant camera/monitor, which wouldn’t keep a charge and was very frustrating – company did nothing to help when I reached out. Babysense product has great night vision (insanely clear/visible), battery life is really good and seems to have good range. I have 2 acres and didn’t lose connection in and around my home (about 50-60ft) but haven’t tested super far yet. I read in previous reviews that the sound isn’t the best but I see no issues with that. Lastly, their customer service has been amazing to deal with as there was an issue with my camera not pairing and they are now sending me a new one with no hesitation! Definitely recommend!
Esta cámara fue un regalo que le hice a mi prima, y les pedí un vídeo corto para subir la reseña, ya que me hablaban maravillas de la cámara. Tienen ahora un nuevo bebé y ya tenían un niño. En su día, para el.primer peke, les regalaron una cámara que no tenía esta calidad, y con la visión desde app de móvil. Les planteé este regalo, porque confié en la marca, y no me ha defraudado. También me apoyé en las reseñas muy favorables, y es todo cierto. Estas imágenes están grabadas, 100% completamente a oscuras, menuda calidad!! Ilumina perfectamente de noche, grabando en blanco y negro con mucha nitidez. En color, graba de día, o en cuanto tiene luz. El sonido, también es muy bueno! Está grabado el vídeo con un móvil, enfocando la pantalla y el sonido ambiente, y aún así se aprecia. La comunicación es fantástica, sin necesidad de wifi. Pensaba que no tendrían tanta cobertura porque es una casa, y todo lo contrario. Arriba en la habitación, puerta cerrada y ellos abajo a muchos metros, conexión perfecta. Se comunican desde la pantalla con la cámara que quieren interactuar para que les escuchen sus hijos. Dicen que por las noches, les ha dado la vida!! Tiene unas nanas preestablecidas. Aún ese tema no lo han mirado bien. Lo mejor, que además lo podrán llevar a casas de familia, donde el bebé descanse, controlar y estar tranquilo, sin conexiones ajenas. Además, lo amortizarán durante años. Se pueden conectar dos cámaras más, adicionales. Decir que el servicio técnico y su amabilidad, es de 10. Que responda un servicio postventa, rápidamente, brindando toda garantía de satisfacción, es importante! Es decir, recomendable 100 %, fácil de instalar y si necesitas vigilar dos estancias, porque tengas dos niñ@s, o dos puntos de visión, es la cámara perfecta.

A los seis meses fallo la batería y la temperatura no marcaba, nos pusimos en contacto con el servicio pos venta y ha sido una verdadera sorpresa la rapidez con la que nos ha solucionado el problema. Un prodotto versatile e senza punti deboli, un vero investimento in tranquillità! Il Baby Monitor non è uno dei tanti modelli dei marchi conosciuti, e non nutrivo per questo grandi aspettative … tuttavia, non appena aperta la scatola, ho capito che poteva essere un ottimo prodotto.
La confezione del prodotto è ben studiata, robusta e grande il giusto per contenere senza troppo sforzo, tutto quanto necessario al funzionamento. ⭕telecamera (pan and tilt) ⭕monitor da 5” a colori ⭕manuale di istruzioni (anche in italiano) ⭕doppio alimentatore (uno per dispositivo) ⭕2 viti e due tasselli ⭕certificato di conformità
Entrambi gli elementi principali sono fatti di una plastica bianca lucida, robusta e ben assemblata. La telecamera è discreta, dotata di visione notturna e diurna e con una piccola e visibile antenna; ha la necessità di essere sempre alimentata con il suo alimentatore (che tra l’altro è lo stesso del monitor). A parte il tasto “pair” (che serve ad abbinare un monitor diverso) viene comandata in remoto dal monitor per tutto; anche per le funzioni extra (carillon e luce notturna). Il monitor ha una batteria interna da 4000mAh e si ricarica con il secondo alimentatore che troviamo nella confezione. Non pesa molto, ed ha, oltre all’antenna direzionabile (per aumentare la portata del segnale), un pratico stand a scomparsa. Misura 16 cm x 10 cm, ed ha un display LCD a colori da 5” molto chiaro e definito. Non è “touch”, ma è dotato di innumerevoli tasti per intervenire senza perdere tempo. Si può infatti facilmente muovere la telecamera ed attivare uno zoom 4x. E’ inoltre possibile attivare l’interfono, il carillon (con 5 musiche differenti) o la luce notturna (con due intensità). Ha un rilevatore di movimento e suoni con tanto di sensore di intensità, che si attiva prima ancora del display che per il risparmio energetico viene disattivato quando non è necessario. La durata della batteria varia in base a molti fattori (luminosità dello schermo, sensibilità dei sensori, volume, frequenza dei rilevamenti …) ma in un paio di prove (stress test) che ho fatto, sono riuscito a coprire senza grandi problemi una notte intera.

🟢Facilità con cui si imposta🟢 Il manuale è ben fatto ed in italiano. L’interfaccia del monitor purtroppo no, ma ha un menu a icone abbastanza facili da comprendere, ed è anche estremamente reattivo ai comandi.
🟢Velocità e qualità delle immagini🟢 Lo streaming wireless avviene con una connessione diretta tra telecamera e monitor, il vantaggio è una trasmissione istantanea di audio e video, senza alcun tipo di latenza. Per farvi capire, si riesce ad inquadrare e vedere la televisione senza alcun problema. Inoltre, i comandi di movimento sono immediati e non c’è il rischio di perdere tempo correggendo la posizione.
🟢Carillon, luce notturna, orologio, temperatura ed alert 🟢 La telecamera può essere una piccola luce notturna a due intensità, ma anche un carillon con cinque musiche differenti. Il monitor inoltre, mostra sempre la temperatura della stanza e può avvisarci nel caso questa superi un limite minimo o massimo da noi scelto.
🟢Fino a 4 telecamere, 2 contemporaneamente a schermo🟢 Un monitor può gestire fino a 4 telecamere e mostrarne a schermo due contemporaneamente.

Acheté et utilisé depuis 6mois. Parfait. Utilisé pour enfant de 3,5ans et bébé 5mois, dans 2 chambres différentes.
Nous avions pour notre première fille un vidéo babyphone Philips avent qui nous avait coûte 170e, et franchement nous sommes ravis de ce babyphone double caméra.
La qualité vidéo est sans comparaison possible, excellente. Le son est correct (la distance de la camera avec le bebe joue beaucoup). Le fait de pouvoir bouger les caméras à distance est top (attention à bien positionner l'emplacement et l'inclinaison de base !) Le micro subit un très léger décalage mais c'était pire sur le Philips. Vision nocturne très bonne.
Les 3 câbles fournis sont identiques, très longs. Cela permet de facilement interchanger les câbles si besoin entre les caméras et le moniteur.
On peut scinder l'écran en 2 pour voir les 2 caméras en même temps (mais le son que d'une seule à la fois, ou en mode scan 10sec chacune à tour de rôle, ou avec le mode vox : la caméra qui fait du bruit retransmet le bruit, mais évidemment s'il y a une berceuse en cours sur l'une des deux ça ne fonctionnera pas comme espéré). Ou l'on peut switch manuellement d'une caméra à l'autre, ou encore une fois automatiquement avec le mode vox si un bruit est détecté.
Le seul petit défaut que j'y trouve est la persistance d'une petite diode allumée en mode vox, la nuit c'est embêtant car elle clignote assez fort. Une gomette dessus et le tour est joué j'imagine !
Petite fonctionnalité intéressante également, même l'écran en veille, et même si le son est à zéro, il y a un indicateur d'intensité sonore des bruits détectés au dessus de l'écran. Pour savoir visuellement s'il y a du bruit sans pour autant l'entendre.
