For anyone who may not know; the reason the audio switches between English and Chinese is that certain Chinese phrases couldn't be translated to English audio.

Poor little chicken. It never did any harm to that old white haired dude. And if they’re going to break into Chinese instead of English, they should at least have English subtitles. That way we don’t miss out on important plot twists.

😆 ‘ WRONG MOVIE! ’ ….. Notice the Indian fighter called him the ‘ One-Armed Swordsman ‘ , instead the ‘ One-Armed Boxer. ‘ @ 1:04:40? Those were 2 different characters, although the (late) great Wang Yu starred in both Kung Fu classics.
