Overland Camping First Aid Kit Essentials- What I Pack For Safety Off-Grid

⚠️ DISCLAIMER: I AM NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. THIS VIDEO IS NOT INTENDED TO GIVE MEDICAL ADVICE OR TEACH FIRST AID! I am simply sharing what I personally carry in my first aid kits for overlanding and outdoor adventures. Always seek proper medical training and consult professionals before relying on any medical gear.

⚕️If you are in the medical field, please comment with additional information that may help the viewers and me to further our knowledge so we can become more proficient in the wilderness environment. Thank you for all you do!

📽️Heading to the wilderness for some camping or overlanding?
In this video I will walk you through nearly every first aid item I bring with me in my overlanding first aid kit setup. I will briefly explain what the item is, why I have it, and what its function is when I am deep in the outdoors. Whether you’re a weekend camper, overlander, or anywhere you may encounter the need for personal medical care, this gear covers the essentials ranging from minimal emergency medical care to trauma essentials.

My first-hand experience from the military and various encounters elsewhere have taught me that medical knowledge and preparedness are crucial when medical facilities or personnel are unavailable. The items below are only a list of what I carry. Remember to build your kit for whatever your needs require.

  1. Thanks for watching everyone and I hope you were able to add some items to your own first aid kit. What items do you carry that I may have forgotten in my kit? Comment and let us know. As always, this is just some of the items I carry the majority of the time; don’t forget that it’s your adventure, build your kit for what you need it for. Have a great day everyone!
