Maybe they can push the student aspect more with a calendar system ala Persona? One of the problems people had was that you start in the 5th Year, so maybe they can somehow find a way for you to do the full student experience (maybe Year 1 will be the tutorial level). The other option would be to do the opposite and go further into the adult world, but the former would benefit from more recyclable things that they can reuse from the first game.

I wish instead of the whole pointless trans drama this game received that we could've had more focus on the really scummy exclusive quest, and also the fact that certain items were locked behind exclusivity or a higher asking price or preorder.

Really enjoyed the game, it wasn’t spectacular but it was a warm cosy nostalgia hit packaged in what is a very decent, pretty game. I didn’t expect any updates beyond bug fixes so this is a nice bonus, as much as I couldn’t care less about photo mode, I’m sure it’ll make some people happy
I've already completed it 100% on two different platforms, so there's no reason for me to go back for this update. Although the talent reset would have been nice to have at launch, it isn't enough to make me want to go back anytime soon. A new game plus mode would have done that for me, as well as the ability to change seasons at will once I finish the game.

Did anyone else’s game update already? I got on my ps5 this morning and I have the summer update already. But it crashes after two minutes in game. Ahhh please tell me this was a mistake. I still play this game a lot and now I can’t!

My prediction for the sequel will be the same map plus a large new area not from the books or films along with 2 smaller areas from the books or films like digon alley and maybe a section of London. Then more school Sim stuff like the house cup, curfew, relationships, etc. And I'm sure they will work on getting quitich working. I hope they make it so you pick your position so you don't need to hunt the snitch the whole time. If they go live service though it will break the immersion with all the sale banners and loot boxes so hopefully that won't happen
Hogwarts legacy is a great game, been playing it today, only played 38 hours but it is a really great game and this update is dope too
It's weird how they acknowledge wanted features like changing the seasons and sitting, but they only put em on photo mode?

I just want them to keep whoever was in charge of art design and public relations. They absolutely understood the Wizarding World assignment from a fan's perspective. As long as they continue to keep the fan base experience and requests at the forefront of their decisions, the money will follow. I just worry about upper management getting greedy and stifling creativity.
The shop exclusive quest is a literal switch for PC. A cracked version of the game included the shop at launch.

its ass. theyve neglected their pc players that have 30 and 40 series gpus and 14th gen cpus. with the inconsistent frames and crashes. it hits randomly, some are unaffected, some have it horrible. theyre aware, im in their discord. but theyve done fk all
