A wild scene played out Sunday afternoon on southbound Hwy. 52 in Dakota County after multiple driving complaints of a Volkswagen with Iowa plates driving on the shoulder, swerving at vehicles and stopping abruptly in traffic. The female driver eventually pulled off south of Hampton and could be seen on traffic camera exiting the vehicle and physically striking multiple vehicles.
